Reneging on BB PWM for top tier econ consulting

I live in Europe, the BB is an European BB and the econ consulting is a top tier firm in Europe (Frontier/Oxera/Compass), probably equivalent to Cornerstone/AG in US. Is it worth it? Also if I choose EC, would it be possible to make the jump to ER/AM pre-MBA(I’ll be doing Corp fin and valuation cases). Thanks a lot!

As someone who works at one of the places you listed:

To answer your question "is it worth it?": depends on what you like to do, your background. How much are you familiar with the work? That will inform your worth it calculation.

On the jump: Unlikely but not impossible.
