Sophomore Summer Internship Hunt - Wealth Management Cold Emails for Internship

Hey everyone. I'm currently a sophomore student at a non-target and I am interested in a WM internship for this coming summer.
I am starting to cold email places, and I wanted to ask how I should approach cold emailing WM firms/divisions for summer internships. A lot of posts on this forum state how its relatively easy to land a WM internship and I just want to know how others in a similar position have written cold emails, and if you've attached a resume in the email. I had a video interview last year for a WM summer position but was unsuccessful in securing the role, and I want to chase that position for this summer. So, should I simply reach out to analysts, associates, FA's, PWM's at banks via cold email with a resume attached or no resume attached? How should I write up this email without sounding too forward?

I also wanted to add I have a low GPA; roughly 3-3.3. I didn't do too well in my first year and I've been grinding since trying to bring it up and I don't have any relative finance experience, other than studying/creating stock pitches, DCF models, and a small trading portfolio that I recently started - nothing significant. I do have experience working with clients as I run a marketing consulting business, hence why I believe possibly transitioning those skills in a WM setting would be a good start.

Thanks everyone.
