Landed offer from GS PWM & have JPM PB super day coming up for 2025 Summer internship programs and super excited. Looking for some insight into the two firms in Wealth Management. Big decision as i'd hopefully start my career there. Aspiring FA and eventually going independent. Any insight into the analyst programs or life as an advisor/private banker and comp structures would be great.
