Wall Street Prep - Questions from potential buyer.

  1. How much is the 35 PD credit hours of CFA worth? And what do they mean by this?

  2. How many attempts does one have at the exam?

  3. Is there a deadline, i.e. if I purchase today, do I need to complete the test by a certain date?

  4. Is the certificate recognised or worth anything in Europe?

  5. How disciplined does one have to be with this? I will be doing it alongside my MSc Finance, because I'm not happy enough with the amount of modeling and practical approach in the course.

Can I for example do 5-10 hours a week? This is related to the deadline question, I suppose.

  1. Is this beneficial if I want to work in corporate development - M&A in industry? i.e. non-financial industry.

I am doing it now (kinda taking a break) This is for the certification program

1) IDK 2) you can take it as many times as you want but if you fail it then you have to wait a month to retake 3) you have a year 4) IDK 5) If you have taken some accounting classes it takes about 80-90 hours, if you dont then well maybe 110 6) Yes, this helps a lot with those industries, I am doing an internship in Corp Dev this summer and I am doing the WSP program for it. You get a certificate and can add it to your resume.

buy it, it very technical though

I want a lady on the street, but a freak in the bed, Go Bucks!!
