wealth management internship texas

Hi. I just transferred to UT Austin this semester (spring 2020). I'm an Econ major with a 3.6+ GPA. I transferred from a rural junior college in south Texas. It didn't allow me any internship opportunities. I'm hoping to break into investment banking- I'm going to graduate in fall 2022. The problem is, I don't have any relevant work experience. Since I was in high school, I've worked as a ranch hand and have run my yard spraying business and small tree farm. I also own three head of cattle. I was wondering if a wealth management internship for summer 2021 would help me break into the finance field and better my chances for landing an IB internship for summer 2022.
