Wealth Management vs Investment Management Salaries

I got an offer from an IM firm (Good size, European), and am going for the last round with a BB PWM division. What is the difference in salaries? Also, I would like to know about how much it is possible to earn in these industries in the long run. How much potential to earn does one have after 5 years in each? How is the difference in working hours?
