hmm I don't think the benefits portal that you input % contributions and all that is set up until a week or so into the job and I think the signing bonus came before for me so that wasn't even an option. If you can find a way though, very good idea rather than having half of it withheld.
Most major retail brokerages only allow for up to 50% of bonus contributions. It should say in your 401k portal
