2017 Football (Soccer) Transfer Window

For those who keep up with the world of football, what are your opinions on the current transfer window? So far it's been open for three weeks now and we've already seen some major signings such as:

Romelu Lukaku (Everton to Manchester United) - £75 million

Alexandre Lacazette (Lyon to Arsenal) - €53 million (£46.5 million)

Leonardo Bonucci (Juventus to AC Milan) - €40 million

Douglas Costa (Bayern Munich to Juventus) - Two-year loan (option to make permanent for €40 million)

James Rodriguez (Real Madrid to Bayern Munich) - Two-year loan (option to make permanent for €35 million)

Dani Alves (Juventus to PSG) - Free

Alvaro Morata (Real Madrid to Chelsea) - £58 million

Theo Hernandez (Atletico Madrid to Real Madrid) - €30 million

Bernardo Silva (AS Monaco to Manchester City) - €50 million (£43.5 million)

Wayne Rooney (Manchester United to Everton) - Free

Mohamed Salah (Roma to Liverpool) - €42 million

Kyle Walker (Spurs to Manchester City)- €51 million

Antonio Rudiger (Roma to Chelsea) - £29 million

Tiemoue Bakayoko (AS Monaco to Chelsea) - £40 million

Many of the top clubs in Europe have been strengthening heavily for the upcoming 2017/2018 season and there are no signs of stopping. Genuinely have been surprised at certain transfers such as Bonucci to Juventus, James to Bayern, and Morata to Chelsea. Another thing to mention is the prices that many of these clubs are valuing their players at. The current market is ridiculous for example, 18-year old M'Bappe is reportedly valued at £125 million? What kind of bs is that? It seems that nowadays the majority of clubs cannot compete with the select few that have enough money to buy the best players. It's almost as if a top 1% has formed within European football (Real Madrid, Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Juventus, PSG, Manchester United, Manchester City, etc.) What do you all think of many of the current signings so far? Any players that you specifically want to join your favorite club? What do you think are the most ridiculous rumors so far? Feel free to comment on those that you find most interesting.

EDIT: PS = pounds and EU = euro. The symbols don't show up for some reason and it automatically changed it to that when typing this)

UPDATE: As of today, Aug 2nd, Barcelona has confirmed Neymar wants to leave the club and that he has said his goodbye to his teammates ahead of a reported move to PSG. Thoughts on this?

Fucking Liverpool need to get Aubameyang. Naby Keita, and a solid outside back and we win the league. So far, we've done none of that. I am weeping inside right now
0% you get Keita or Auba, you'll probably get Van Dijk and a LB to be competitive though.

This looks to be the most anticipated and competitive season in years.

As far as the Premier League goes, I am an Arsenal fan. Lacazette signing is massive. However I do think we need to strengthen in the defensive midfielder area (Coq isn't all that great, bang average at best). We need another wide man as well, Ox/Walcott aren't cutting it. If we sign Mahrez or Lemar that would be perfect.
