Highest floor offices

What are the highest floor offices that you know of? Lazard occupies the 57th through 64th floors at 30 Rockefeller. Wells Fargo has floors 60-66 at 30 Hudson Yards along with KKR there too on floors 74-83.

The BofA tower goes up to the 55th floor, 200 West St (GS) goes up to 44, Citi’s building is 39 floors, and JPM is going to occupy a 1400ft tall building once it’s completed.

Know of any higher ones?

Isn’t 5in hard the average? I myself am 8in so it doesn’t matter.

Edit: Lmao I didn’t know there were people on here with micropenises.

I think Bill ackman bought the penthouse of like 111 west 57th or one of the mega sky scrapers that went up in midtown, so that’s something. Ken Griffin may also have bought a penthouse in the area high up

I guess it provides opportunities to meditate in the elevator or shag your co-worker.

Just to be clear - the highest floors of all of these buildings are always reserved for impressing clients. Banking groups are usually relegated to somewhere in the middle. Literally nobody that actually works at a bank cares about this.

IMC in Chicago in the Sears Tower is on like the 97th or some shit floor. You can feel the office sway on really windy days. I think it's designed to sway in like a 10 foot max radius. Super unsettling feeling

heister: Look at all these wannabe richies hating on an expensive salad. https://arthuxtable.com/
