Thoughts on Valiant Capital Partners?
Checked WSO, but overall info seems sparse. Spoke with some of my contacts on the buyside and they all have very positive things to say - commentary is more on the mid-sr level. Interested to hear thoughts from others about culture / experience / upward mobility for someone coming in as a jr. analyst. Thanks all
Only thing I know is that it’s poor upward mobility and they will keep you as an analyst forever
Edit: I also know these guys have good family tree history (think it was a Blue Ridge spin out)
I actually just interviewed there today. Did you get an offer?
in the process

Heard good things. Strong growth in AUM. Good culture. Good returns. Will echo the comment above though that they keep you as an analyst forever but it has a good name. I think it's a tiger cub / grand-cub and you'll have good optionality after
thanks, that's helpful
Did you end up getting an offer? I did a final case round in March and got rejected April. Am very curious in the type of background/character they look for and see what I should fix for my future job search.
