Advice for graduate job - FO at a Boutique vs MO at a Top-tier

I am a fresh graduate and I want to do front office at a top tier bank. I am based in Asia and got two graduate offers recently : 1. Cash Equity Sales Support at Credit Suisse (MO permanent role) vs 2. Fixed income & currency sales at Commerzbank (FO one-year internship). Does anyone have any thoughts on the two positions above? Since I wanna work at FO in one of the top tier banks, my concern is which offer has a better recognition and provides a better path for me to move to FO at a top bank. (PS. Commerzbank is relatively small in Asia)

Below is the job descriptions of the two roles:

1. Cash Equity Sales Support at Credit Suisse (MO permanent role)
Job description:
- Take ownership of Sales Support Middle Office functions for a selected numbers of KAM and sensitive clients, and act as the main operations contact for their CASH EQUITY trades on APAC markets. This will give great exposure to ALL Cash Equity Front Office activity : ECM, DMA, Program Trading and Single Stock.
- Develop close relationship with the client ops team, acting as the first point of entry in the bank.
- Be the gatekeeper for client SLA, in terms of trade processing timings/deadlines. Liaising with London and/or New York offices when Follow the Sun policy is required.
- Deal with booking review, confirmations, exception monitoring, electronic matching, settlement follow up, account setup and other client queries. Run daily and weekly controls, and be in charge of client exception management.
- Be in charge of process enhancements to improve STP, cancellation, exceptions rate, and be able to articulate clearly the change to Serior management. Be involved in client specific projects.
- Assist the AVP manager for the buildout of the newly created Pune-based sales support.

2. Fixed income & currency sales at Commerzbank (FO one-year internship)
Job description:
- FIC Sales focuses on marketing/sales of FIC products, covering mainly FX, LM, Options & FX Structured products in
Asia, is currently seeking an intern to join the desk on a full time basis in Hong Kong.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the senior sales and other C&M staff on a day-to-day
basis
- Immediate responsibilities will include trade input, update of curvers, on boarding new customers, preparation of
marketing materials, gathering market information for report generations and assist in building the business
relationship by developing awareness of client’s needs and requirements.

Really appreciate any comments! Thanks!

yeah i don't really mind doing a one-year internship, it's just that I have to try really hard to get a full-time offer while working. Another thing is, when i work for fixed income & FX sales, I will be directly under the FX team (well..the FX team will be only me and my team head). I heard FX's clients are mostly corporate clients instead of institutional. Are there great career prospects in FX sales?
