Looking into an opportunity with A&M's corporate performance improvement group. From what I can tell it's separate from restructuring but there isn't a whole lot else out there on it. Anyone have any insight about this group as far as typical work responsibilities, exit opportunities, and how the group is viewed in the consulting world? My end goal is either PE/VC or an MBB-type role.
