Am I the only one here who finds big shits therapeutic after a long work day and strategize my diet to make it so?

long work days = tiring but sometimes the feeling of accomplishment is amazing.

washing it all down at the end of the day with a huge shit = FUCKING CATHARTIC.

sometimes i eat a lot of pasta and meatballs and after 3-4 meals, drink 3 glasses of freezing cold milk and the lactaid triggers increased bowel movement and an hour later im in ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh heaven.

who else does this? weed in college was one thing. sex is another. but huge shits??

UNPARALLELED THERAPEUTIC TECHNOLOGY.

Shitting is certainly one of my pleasures. Nothing better than knowing my insides are functioning well/properly. I find that working out regularly, eating oatmeal for breakfast and drinking coffee (especially coffee) helps me to stay regular. Very satisfying. To say its one of the most therapeutic things I have available to me would be a bit of a stretch though.

TRUE STORY: The prospect asked me, "What's it like to work at ****?" I asked him, "You ever been to Home Depot?" "Yes" "Well, it's like that. It's full of fucking tools." And he stared, innocently wide-eyed and nodded with deep understanding
