115?...150?... isn't substantial?... r u out of your mind???

first year analysts dont even make that when including signing bonus AND year end bonus...

Alex_Kap is right about the base..$70,000. As for the bonus, your friend lied to you... bonus is between 10-50% for first year analysts at Big 5... and i actually i mean big 2.. RBC and TD

allow me to LMAO for a second....hahahahahahahahahah!

Bay street first year analyst making 115k???? WALL STREET ANALYSTS DONT EVEN MAKE 115K IN BASE!!!

credtiderivatives is right.. base 70, max bonus 50%

i look forward to hearing how you came up with 115k and 150k!!

K, first of all, this post is in ER forum, not I-banking. So, yes, I mean 1st year analyst, not associate.

With that said, I don't think 115k is unreasonable, I know an associate whose base is 95k.

Just trying to gauge what, say a 1st year ANALYST is comped, vs. a 3 or 4 yr ANALYST. Yes, not Associate, Analyst.

Wow.
