Anyone else here feel Covid has impacted their mental health?

Seeing the top IB posts where analysts are quitting in droves, and a senior asking for feedback on how to do better.

Wondering if there are those here too that feel trapped or negatively impacted by their situation or PMs?

Negatives: Worry about family more + can't see them. Can't see some friends either. Haven't been going out like I used to so the lifestyle isn't really there. Gyms being closed also sucks.

Positives: Morning starts are so much better without a commute. My team doesn't care where I am. Spending more time on myself, reading, working out, picking up new hobbies. Ironically I've reconnected with more old friends during the pandemic than before. My current set up is so much more sustainable than how it was before.

With all that being said, pnl is still the biggest driver for my mental health.
