Yes to all but I don't know if I'd consider Kamelot prog. Definitely more power metal in my view. Black Halo absolutely slaps still, absoltely wore that album out when I was in middle school haha
Have you ever heard The Great Escape by Seventh Wonder? I'm into a ton of different genres but I consider that the best song ever written.

Ever heard anything from the Operation Mindcrime album by them? Anarchy X, Revolution Calling, Operation Mindcrime, Speak, Spreading the Disease, The Needle Lies, Breaking the Silence, I Don't Believe In Love, and Eyes of A Stranger are all really good. It kind of tells a story of the state of American society, political corruption, war, etc. Really an absolute masterpiece. When you get some time look into those
