Yes to all but I don't know if I'd consider Kamelot prog. Definitely more power metal in my view. Black Halo absolutely slaps still, absoltely wore that album out when I was in middle school haha
Have you ever heard The Great Escape by Seventh Wonder? I'm into a ton of different genres but I consider that the best song ever written.
jet city woman is pretty good that's all I know
Ever heard anything from the Operation Mindcrime album by them? Anarchy X, Revolution Calling, Operation Mindcrime, Speak, Spreading the Disease, The Needle Lies, Breaking the Silence, I Don't Believe In Love, and Eyes of A Stranger are all really good. It kind of tells a story of the state of American society, political corruption, war, etc. Really an absolute masterpiece. When you get some time look into those
yeah I just played some of each of those songs and it's not really my thing, the style isn't my style. I like stuff like interpol (
), deftones (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ye-frzA7N0E&ab_channel=RockMetalRockMet…), pierce the veil ( are my three favorite bands. about to start making some music myself have written a lot of vocal melodies for a while now and just ordered some equipment.does mastodon count? I like them, crack the skye being my favorite of theirs
