I have seen one guy wearing similar shoes at a super day, so it isn't to say it hasn't been done - just in my opinion they are a little too casual.

I personally try to wear a rather generic charcoal suit, brown shows, etc. or the classic black suit if I am interviewing, throw in a lucky tie clip if you have one.

Try not to focus too much on the outfit, they are going to be more interested in you as a person as opposed to your shoes.

Or you could go the complete opposite direction, just say f*ck it and throw on a pair of Yeezy's.
