I've never worked with them directly, but they have a solid rep. Their team bios are also solid, and they seem to have good deal flow (based on their website). When looking at boutique banks it is more important to look at the acquirers than their actually clients because it speaks to the quality of the deals, as size is often not disclosed.

I have no idea about their general exit ops, but you could probably leverage this into TMT growth equity.

 

Heard about them. They do a couple of decent deals in the U.S. each year, but if you look at their deal list, many transactions are legit Germany and generally Europe-based deals.

Most of their partners / MDs come from BBs. They also do a lot of cross-border transactions, leveraging their international expertise.

It's a boutique, but not a chop shop by any means.
