Asking for advice

Hey All,

Please don’t take anything in this as me being ungrateful or spoiled. I’m currently a rising junior at a nontarget and have been networking for the last couple of months and got screwed out of my internship for this summer. My dad said he’ll invest $100k with a wealth manager if they can give me an internship too. I feel like even if I get the WM internship it’s too late for B.B. SA roles. He said if I graduate and I don’t have a job I like, I can take over his business and I’ll probably be making $500k yearly. I’m not passionate about the business and Wall Street has always been my dream. Does anyone have any advice on how I can somehow work my way into a BB?

You're already jumping into the next thing. Get the PWM job first and be content with what you have and know that you won't be waiting tables once you graduate.
