Barclays' Trading and Structuring in 2019
As the title says, how does Barclays' S&T, specifically Structuring desk, rank across other BB desks in the context of 2019?
I'm interested in an internship position in their trading and structuring program and wanted to find out a lil more. I couldn't find much discussion that are more recent, do redirect me if there are any.
What are their key competitive advantage over others in terms of their capabilities and product offerings? Current working culture as well?
