JPM IB $10-15k year-end bonus???

How common is it for a BB to pay a YE bonus of $10-15K, even if bottom bucket?? I thought bottom was ~$40k.

Posting for a friend because I think this is ridiculous, especially with everyone getting crushed in WFH. Btw this is AN1 at a top BB in coverage. Please chime in.

But has anyone ever seen anything this low? I'm dumbfounded.

Wait you just released the name of the bank, had another posted say it was a 60-80k bonus

Similar thing happened to my friend. She went to an MD because someone in the group was harassing her. The person harassing her was the MDs favorite associate. MD sided with the associate but since there were screenshots, couldn’t fire the analyst because she’d sue for wrongful termination. So analyst slacked off until she got her shitty bonus (15k) and then quit.
