BB vs MM S&T
Just wanted to get the thoughts and opinions of those in the industry....
I graduated from college just two months ago and currently work for a BB firm. However, I don't find that fact to be relevant because I work in the WM space. With that said, I'm looking to make a transition onto the sales side of S&T.
Considering my background, I'm not sure if I'll get much of a second look from BB firms. However, I am reaching out to them anyway - including at my own.
As for MM firms, Baird, Raymond James, and Wells (MM S&T?) have been on my radar.
What would you say are the pros and cons of working for a BB or MM in S&T - respectively?
In addition, any insight into compensation? Especially in regards to Raymond James in St. Petersburg, Baird in NYC, and Wells in Charlotte. Raymond James and Wells have me on edge because I'm not really confident in what the clientele would look like.
Lastly, if you anyone has suggestions for other firms that may be worth looking in to - let me know! I'm also looking at opportunities in Texas.
Thanks.
Hi TheShortBig, the silence is deafening, sorry about that.... Any of the threads below helpful?
