BDT Capital Partners Update?

Does anyone have any updated information on BDT Capital Partners? I understand all the general information in their reputation as a "true merchant bank" where investment professionals are on both the advisory / investing side of the business, but would love to learn any more nuances of the shop (culture, compensation, career trajectory). They have been fairly active in the consumer space and seem to have fairly good deal flow (raising a new fund).

Has anyone worked with them before on these forums? What has your experience been like? Any information?
