So I know that I want to do IB, but a little work life balance is also important for me. I would rather work 60-80 hours a week and get a 30k bonus than 80-100 and get a 60k bonus. Which banks/groups should I aim for? I've heard that DCM and Public Finance usually have better hours. Any other groups?
