Best Way to Break Into Growth Equity

Hello everyone. I am interested in breaking into growth equity and have been trying to network my way in. However, without any meaningful contacts in the industry, I have been really struggling. I wanted to ask for advice on how to approach this, given the traditional cold email strategy doesn't seem to be working out for me.
