I'm interning with a big 4 firm and tomorrow is my first day. For attire it says that business casual is appropriate, but I can't decide on whether to go business casual or to go with a suit. I don't want to be "that guy" wearing a suit while every one else is in business casual, was thinking dress pants and a shirt with a tie to kind of be between the two. Thoughts? Any advice is appreciated, Thanks!

Stick with business casual. Dress pants & shirt would be fine (tie if you feel like it). I would do that and just get a feel in what everyone else wears. It's rare that I see people in suits except when they're meeting a client (or interviewees coming in during recruiting).
