Big 4 Operational Transaction/ Deal Advisory Group Exit Opportunity

Hello All

Have been exploring the big 4 practice focusing on M&A.

Was keen on understanding exit opportunities from Big 4 Transaction Services for mid career professionals: Primarily focused on due diligence, integration / separation work pre/post deal (i.e. Non-Accounting work).

My question is targeted at exit opportunities from a for mid career professional perspective working as a manager in these practices - having previous work experience of 4 years Industry (F500 @ Operations SCM) and 2 years consulting gigs (as Sr Consultant) at a Big 6 consulting firm.

What types of exit opportunties could one expect should someone aim at spending lets say 3 to 5 years in these practices joining them as a manager.

Any steer / pointers would be much appreciated.

Thanks!
