Big 4 Transfer Pricing vs Small Consulting Firm
Hi, senior in undergrad deciding between two offers:
Big 4 Transfer Pricing
Pros:
Decent salary, stable (no travel), good network, large team (~15 new hires a year), big name
Cons:
Have no clue what transfer pricing does, quiet office, people who interviewed me didn't seem too thrilled with their job
Boutique Consulting Firm
This firm focuses on media/entertainment/consumer products, has about 100-150 employees in America, is growing rapidly, focuses on technology consulting/strategy
Pros:
Better salary (10-15k more), great culture (young team/everyone was extremely friendly), small amount of travel, flexibility in terms of work location (no office in NY)
Cons:
Very new company, lack of big name,
I honestly have no idea what I want to do - just want to have a lot of options in the future, but culture and having "interesting work" is very important for me, having worked at a bank last summer and hating it.

Easiest choice ever. Think about it for a moment. They offered you a job in a function that you don't even remotely understand. I know what transfer pricing is and what it does. Trust me, it isn't pretty.
