Big4 TAS vs Corp Dev vs VC

Hi guys, just want to ask your opinions on the following

Background: I did AM in the past and I'm currently doing IB. I'm in APAC region.

Ultimate goal: I will migrate to North America in the future; I may be doing a MF / MBA for my immigration entry, as well as for a rebrand / reset button to access job market for finance here. I want to end up doing M&A, TMT IB / PE.

I'm looking to change job and might very well be looking at the following options:

-Big 4 TAS group (where I'm from Big4TAS are the big guys, doing the biggest transactions along with some top local securities firms; this would be a mix between buyside DD work and corp fin IB work)

-Corp Dev at a big manufacturing firm who invests heavily in my country (in size of billion dollars; this might be common / not that big in US/EU..etc but where I'm from this is colossal given 50m-100m deals here are considered "big". This would be a mix between doing greenfield projects and M&A)

-Early stage/ seed VC role with global presence with origin in SF. This would be an intense, high deal volume role to early stage startups with focus on tech and tech-enabled companies.

Given my background, my ultimate goal and my potential options here, could you pls give me your opinions on what I should do / choose. In my mind right now I think the VC role might be most suitable since I want to end up doing TMT in the future, but I would seek your opinions and advices (on this and on other dimensions) as well, since you probably know North America market better than I. Many thx
