What would you guys choose? BMO is a great bunch of guys, the best culture I have seen on the street, and the deal flow in the mining group is top-notch, but its a Canadian BB. HLHZ is one of the top MM shop and has some brand value in the US. I am going for a 1st year analyst position btw. Any thoughts?

Where are the positions located?
BMO mining is out of Toronto, HL is California offices. So I would assume BMO group is legit and will give me a strong analyst foundation? The HL guys seemed a little too laid back and distant from the banking culture.
