Booz Allen Hamilton - DC
How is Booz Allen Hamilton seen in the industry? I know it's not comparable to MBB, but still a good form nonetheless. Can anyone shed light on exit opps or moves into MBB?
Its a decent firm, Great in federal work, and slowly branching into commercial, where it definitely lags behind MBB and tier 2 (3?) firms. If you like government consulting work, there probably isn't a better spot to be, IMO. I have a few friends there, and they love it.

Hello everyone,
I have an offer from Booz Allen Hamilton for tech consulting in their D.C. office. I am more interested in strategy consulting but I was placed into tech because of my engineering background (I was told that I will have the opportunity to switch to strategy consulting over time if I am interested ).
I am still speaking with other consulting firms but as it is getting late in the FT recruiting process, I am considering taking the offer. My question is, if I were to take the offer, what would be my chances of switching to a tier 1 or tier 2 management consulting firm?
