Parthenon (now Parthenon-EY) has great exposure to PE DD work if that's what you're looking for across many industries with some top PE clients. Not much VC from what I've seen. I would imagine LEK is very similar.

SSA & Co. comes to mind
A&M and AlixPartners do a fare share of DD and they work a lot with Private Equity firm (A&M more so than Alix).

Check out Altman Vilandrie - boutique TMT strategy consulting group. About 1/4 of their work is doing DD's for private equity clients in the TMT space.
