Bridge Investment Group Information
Anybody have any information on them? Seem to have scaled pretty fast in the more recent years. Any culture or comp information surrounding the deal team in their NYC office?

Career Resources
Have a few friends there, not NYC office however, they like it a lot and have been there for years. No idea on comp, but I get impression culture is good.
Same as above. Know a few people there and have worked with their group on several deals, not the NYC office though. Everyone I've worked with there is great and culture seems pretty awesome. Haven't heard much on comp but I'd assume its fine/competitive, people I've worked with have been there a while.
NYC is solely their debt team. From my understanding they basically just poached an entire cre debt team from Morgan Stanley. Not sure on comp
That sounds right - their CIO is from there.
Work with them a lot. They are probably the biggest capital allocator for OZ $ in the US. Very, very busy with a ton of projects going on nationally. Sharp guys and genuinely good people, strong rep as an LP
Agreed. They looked at a OZ deal I'm doing and still may end up as our LP on it. The guy I met with seemed like he had a great handle on the market, which was impressive for an out-of-towner.
Interviewed on the phone with one of the VPs last year. Got the impression everyone there is quite sharp and care about you as a person. Someone mentioned they poached a majority of folks from MS and that is correct. Can't comment on comp, but the culture seems like one I wouldn't mind being a part of.
Looks like they're hiring at the moment, which is never a bad thing. I had to laugh though - one of their qualifications is "Expert ability to create financial models in Excel"
WSO is about to go wild with excitement.
