I am not sure, but if you are interested in Bridgewater, you should read this New Yorker article:

Not a joke.
I think the "Associate" roles are the top ones and everything else is below
Thanks for the help, does anyone have any advice as to what they ask in interviews (yes, I read the Glassdoor stuff) or has anyone who's worked there have any words of advice?
I'd say, in terms of the group interview, be open minded but elaborate on your thought process -- in a lot of ways the entire reason for the "discussion" is like one big long brain-teaser for them to get a real insight into how you think about problems, ideas, etc.
Very interesting people but I've also been told internally that if your really interested in being a part of the investment process that won't happen at the junior level at all -- but that's just hear-say on my part
^ that sounds about right.
can someone elaborate on why females are so inferior at bwater please.. any stories, where on the web did you read this.. etc. much appreciated
I had final round at bridgewater back in April. Most bizarre and uncomfortable few hours of my life.
Unless you're ray dalio, greg jensen, bob prince, or a few of the senior strategists, you have very little input on the firm's decision making process. You will essentially be window dressing, albeit a well-paid one.
Brady, can you elaborate please. Thanks. Just Curious.
