Broker-Dealer Sponsors for Taking Series 7 and Series 24

Alright boys, try to ease up on the sarcasm and douchebaggery if I sound ignorant to you. I'll try to keep this short. I'm in REPE and I'm looking to start my own BD firm for private placement and capital raising for RE Securities such as DPPs, DSTs, TICs and other RE-related securities. This is a longer-term goal, but I would like to be proactive and get some experience under my belt working at a BD firm that does something similar. I've recently passed the 65 (Yes I want to dual register as an RIA as well), 63, and SIE exams, since they don't require sponsorship. My only issue though is finding sponsors for the Series 7 and Series 24.

Here's my thing. I can't immediately take a full-time job right now at a BD since I'm already working full time at a PE firm in real estate. I need to find some BD that can sponsor me ideally as an independent contractor for Series 7 and Series 24 exams. I tried looking at potential Financial MLMs to scheme in having them sponsor me and then quitting, but they told me I would need insurance licenses so I said "F*ck that".

Anyone have any suggestions of firms that would sponsor easily for someone who doesn't have experience in the securities space? I'm guessing there are probably some financial advisor platforms that do so but every single one I've looked at requires some insurance licensing. I've also tried the good ol' stock brokerages, but haven't heard back from them yet. I know the BD space is a dying space in general, but the market I'm targeting is not and is in fact increasing drastically.

I also know, for those who especially feel some type of way today, that why can't I just wait or something until I get in the position to be willing to transition to my job. I get it, but respectfully, that's not what I'm trying to do and any help possible for helping me "finesse the system" for lack of a better phrase would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks guys!
