Brookfield Financial - How are they related to Brookfield AM or Brookfield Properties?

I'm having a really hard time finding information on Brookfield Financial, from what I can tell they operate separately from Brookfield Asset Management and are not related to Brookfield Partners? Are they the investment banking arm of Brookfield AM, or does it have additional purposes?

Also, how is Brookfield Financial's reputation regarded on Wall Street vs in Europe/Asia?

I ended up interviewing with them last year (and not getting the next round), they are a pure real estate investment banking arm of Brookfield Asset Management.
