Brookfield Properties Retail - Joint Ventures Team
I have an upcoming interview with the JV team at Brookfield Properties Retail in the Chicago office. I have a very basic understanding of JV as it pertains to commercial real estate. My understanding if the JV team works closely with various internal teams (investments, asset management, acquisitions) as well as with various institutions that Brookfield partners with on deals and reports directly to the partners. I am hoping someone can elaborate on the title and correct any misconceptions I may have. Any and all advice is greatly appreciated.
