Can you get dinged for experiencing a technical problem around the start time of a live video interview?
I tried logging into my online interview several minutes prior to the scheduled start time and did not expect to encounter any technical issue. However, the interview tab initially failed to load for some reason and my interviewer actually left the online meeting room around 9 minutes after the scheduled start time. Upon realizing that, I called the interviewer immediately and explained what was happening on my end. I also apologized to the interviewer about what happened. Eventually, we were able to start the live video interview around 15 minutes after the original scheduled start time, but the interview ended around 30 minutes later than the original end time. I also asked a few questions in the end and apologized to the interviewer if my questions took too much time. Do you guys think this technical mishap is a big deal?

In all seriousness, videoconferencing has occasional problems. Unless the interviewer is a dick he/she won't hold it against you.
