Hey, I initially skipped over your resume because the title made me think you were gunning for a Chinese PE gig and I had no idea how to help you. :)

Your #1 job bullet point needs to start with a verb like the rest of your bullets. Stay parallel.

Take the commas out after your months.

Your bullets in general are very wordy. Try to cut the fat out of them and get to your point faster. Your work experience is good but your bullets are so dense that my eyes immediately go elsewhere.

I think you should put a ¥ before your CNY amounts. Also change "30 Million" to "30M".

2 bullet - I think you can just say "Analyzed XYZ" instead of what you start with now.

Can you elaborate on your specific relevant coursework? Financial Acct. or Managerial? Micro or Macro? I mean you have a business degree, of course you took some type of those courses. Try to be a little more specific.

I'd probably include location for your study abroad. Obviously HK is easy to figure out but I have no idea where Fudan is.

Take out "the" before Competent Communicator Award.

Languages: Native Fluency in English, Mandarin Chinese, and Cantonese Chinese. Something like that. Your placement of Chinese right now is awkward because it implies Cantonese isn't Chinese (which I know wasn't your intent).

Take MS Office Suite off. Any current activities? Interests?

MM IB -> Corporate Development -> Strategic Finance
