Should I Include My (Anonymous and Educational) YouTube Channel on My Resume?

My resume mentions my relatively successful educational YouTube channel as follows: "...initiated an anonymous, educational YouTube channel, amassing 419K+ views and 19K+ hours of watch time."

The YouTube channel is not under my name, and I use a realistic AI voice for the narration. It is an educational channel that covers a variety of topics, but primarily history. Should I keep this on there? I realize that firms would not appreciate my operating a YouTube channel under my name and appearing in the videos, hence the emphasis on the anonymity of the channel. The channel has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life so far, helping me to improve my skills in research, video editing, and creativity. Furthermore, if I do keep this on my resume, should I use the same wording, or do you have any ideas on how to improve the wording? Thank you for your time and consideration.
