Citadel Securities Internship

Hi everyone,

I recently a trading internship for the Summer of 2021 at Citadel Securities in Chicago. I'm really excited for this opportunity, as the people are super smart and chill. I've been recommended a couple of books by some traders already at the firm after they congratulated me on my offer and chatted for a bit.

Does anyone have any good advice for succeeding in a trading internship? My goal is to do the best that I can and get a return offer, since I really enjoy the people and work here. Thanks in advanced!

i think he/she is just very excited. Understandable for someone who landed at top quant out of UG, no?

I mean you can be excited, but it's pretty clear this post has no real point other than to brag lol. "Advice for the internship" is a thin cover. There's no way this person really expects anything useful from such a generic question (and much less anything more useful than what he could get from actually talking to his literal mentors/coworkers who'll be the actual ones evaluating him)
