They fucking lowballed my entire group
Yea I'm pretty disappointed in the numbers this year given the record deal flow and how other banks came through for their juniors.
Wouldn't be surprised if we see a huge exodus in a few weeks.

Chicago Industrials here; top bucket for us was 80k
Top bucket at other BBs in Chicago seemed to be 15-20k higher

friend in FIG is pissed - afraid to ask for numbers
heard 85/80 was top bucket which is a step below other mid-BBs from my understanding
no way citi is able to compete for talent against EBs/top BBs or even a Gugg/Jeff going forward imo

Woof I’m a little surprised. For a point of comparison, S&T top bucket for a 2nd year (first non-stub bonus) was $90k
