Oh dude, I literally just booked my January tickets yesterday. Going to ski Keystone, Breckenridge, A-Basin, Vail, and Beaver Creek for 9 days...longest vacation taken in almost 2 years.

A bunch of the resorts are already open, although not 100%, so hopefully that means it'll be a powder-packed season!

Yea I skied Breckenridge two winters ago. Terrain was real nice. So was the town. Watch out for the crowds at Vail. And Beaver Creek is supposed to be a diamond in the rough. Have fun man, I hope to make it out there this year.

I grew up in CO. As a matter of fact this is the first year I haven't had a season pass to all of the resorts mentioned above since I was 15 and I've never heard the no-no rule before. Watch out for the ski-town girls though. Male to female ratios are about 20:1 so odds are any local girls have slept through the whole town before they even bother with the tourists.

capitan del banco,

...by 'no-no' I was just referring to the old saying that you can never tell what's underneath all the clothing. So that blonde with the cute face who appears skinny, really is sporting extra winter pounds.

Good tip on the locals girls though.

My goal is to make a good enough living to move out there and ski my life away.

The European ski-bunnies are pretty good. French and Italian very nice and Swedish/Norwegian superb. I agree, those ski pants tend to make the girls look slimmer - dangerous at the afterski..

Planning to go skiing in the US/Canada soon. What is the best place for good skiing as well as nice bunnies?
