Comp day: Dissatisfied with base/bonus

I'm an Associate in a BB. Although I've done well in reviews, I was passed on a promotion to VP. I have evidence that my base is 20% less than par.

As you all know, today is comp day. I have a feeling that I won't hit the 20% today to be on par. How should I handle this when it's time to sit down and go over the numbers? If I say that I'm dissatisfied and show evidence of my findings, is it too late to adjust comp?
