I’m an Associate in a BB. Although I’ve done well in reviews, I was passed on a promotion to VP. I have evidence that my base is 20% less than par.
As you all know, today is comp day. I have a feeling that I won’t hit the 20% today to be on par. How should I handle this when it’s time to sit down and go over the numbers? If I say that I’m dissatisfied and show evidence of my findings, is it too late to adjust comp?

IMD. Pathetic year. Flat comp. Was supposed to be top performer. Gonna look elsewhere. Gone from bad to worse in the past few years.
