Comp Expectations

I know there's a wide range, but what are some common points in LMM (Most recent fund between 300 M - 500 M, Total AUM between 600 M - 1 BN) for a buyout fund in Boston / DC. What are reasonable ranges to expect for Base / Bonus and any extras such as Co-invest to consider, especially for those with two years of banking experience? Just looking fro a starting point to base expectations on. Thanks!

Thanks for this, its very insightful. Would it seem fair to expect 125 in base,~ 80 in bonus and convert on deals? Anyone have any anecdotes on 1st Year ASO comp? The report lumps ASO/ Sr. ASO comp, so would like to get more clarity on if that is a skewed expectation or not. Thanks!
