Damn, someone must've mowed the lawn cause the snakes in the grass sure are showing tonight.
I've never done anything majorly bad to someone, but a friend of mine I was staying with in Albany did. We were in his room and the neighbors were having a very loud party. He was very cranky about it (though I did not care), he called the cops and said that, in adddition to the loud noise complaint, that "I (He) believe that there is underage drug use going on". I couldn't believe it. I said, "what if there isn't?". He said there prolly was and to not worry about it.
Another time, same guy, different apartment. The neighbors are having a crazy party next door. He calls the cops, they never show. (This is nyc!) At 7 am when they are all passed out, he takes a hammer to his wall (which is shared by the neighbors) and starts hammering. He does this on and off for the next two hours.
It's actually kind of funny now that I think about it.
