Consultant-friendly PE shops in London

Recently promoted from A / AC / BA at MBB in London, to the next level up (not sure what this is at the other firms so won't share to protect anonymity, but typical 2-years-in promotion).

Considering a move to private equity. Does anyone have a list of PE funds in London that typically hire consultants?

Further, does anyone know what typical first-year associate comp packages look like in London? I imagine more than I'm making now, but less than I'd make at a US shop, but that's an unfortunately wide range.

Thanks in advance!

Yes exactly those three are the large cap funds that have a strong bias towards consultants (others much less so, with European funds generally more open than US ones).

Comp should be ~$250-300k cash for first year associate. Advent is at lower end of the range but has deal-bonus for signed transactions you worked on, Bain Cap has all cash comp and co-invest, and H&F has an additional "free" co-invest structure on top.

Headhunter most focused on consultants is Walker Hamill (Bain Cap, H&F). Dartmouth does Advent if I remember correctly.
