Converting Spring Week at Houlihan Lokey
It's the first time HL is doing a (convert to summer int) spring week, albeit virtually. I'm a first-year at Cass. I'm one of 5 (i think?) other candidates. I'm legible for Diversity stuff.
How do I maximise my chances of converting the spring week to a summer internship (M&A not RX)

I was mostly joking around, HL as said before is really strong in Rx. That being said, if you're serious abt IB you will want to apply to summers at other banks even if you convert HL.
In all seriousness though HL is killer in Rx, I'd say it wouldn't be a terrible idea to brush up on technicals as they're a boutique and may want u to know them (roths is a larger EB and test it so wouldn't be surprised if HL do too). Learn about Rx as well as M&A so you can ask intelligent questions and SHOW ACTIVE interest in the business. Good luck.

ah yh i was misinformed. still a small amount of people, it directly clashes with GS spring and i know at least 5 people reject their offers because they had GS.
Ughh sad i got rejected at the phone interview… how many people got accepted?
I do know that you will only get fast tracked to the assessment centre for the summer internship if you get the spring week
guy somewhere in this discussion said there's between 12-15 offers, so that's an indication. i personal thought it was much less.
